GRW HR Group brings together four specialist businesses that help UK employers find, keep and look after their people. Separate teams, distinct expertise — one set of roots, and one standard for how people should be treated.
GRW HR Group is a parent holding company for four people businesses. Founded in 2013, we grew the way a grove does — deliberately, from a shared root system — adding a new specialism each time UK employers asked us for more joined-up thinking about their workforce.
Each business runs independently, with its own team, market and identity. What they share is leadership, standards, and a simple belief: that looking after people is not a cost centre, it is how good organisations grow.
One group, four teams. Specialist depth without a fragmented relationship.
Every business is built around keeping people in work, and treating them well.
From growing SMEs to household-name organisations across the UK.
Clients stay with us for years. We are built for the long season, not the quick sale.
Each business has its own specialism, its own team and its own market. They grow from the same GRW roots — and the same standard for how people are treated.
GRW Talent helps UK employers find and hire the people who make growth possible — from first key hires to full workforce scaling. Our team embeds into your hiring process, builds talent pools ahead of need, and advises on workforce planning so headcount grows in step with the business, not behind it.
GRW TalentGRW Scout is our executive search practice, placing C-suite, board and senior leadership for UK organisations at the moments that matter — succession, growth, restructure, or a first professional leadership hire. We work fully retained with a defined search methodology, and we stand behind every appointment for the long term.
GRW ScoutGRW Benefits provides employee benefits consulting and brokerage to UK employers — reviewing benefit design, insured risks, provider terms and ongoing governance. Our advisers work independently and fee-based, so the recommendation is always the right structure for your people, not the arrangement with the best commission.
GRW BenefitsKeeping parents in work. Properly.
Halo is the compliance-first workplace nursery childcare benefit. Through the workplace nursery benefits programme, employees can pay nursery from pre-tax salary with Halo Pay — helping working parents afford childcare and helping employers keep experienced people through the years that matter most.
Visit Halo"We used to juggle separate suppliers for recruitment, benefits and childcare, and no one owned the whole picture. Bringing them under GRW didn't feel like consolidation — it felt like one team that actually understands our people, from the executive hire down to the parent trying to get back to work after maternity leave."
